I'm not feeling very chatty today, so the flowers are staying mum as well. Not 'mums, that's an entirely different species.
Lost maybe a dozen from the storm, so much rain in a short time weakened the root's hold on the soil, and the wind flattened them. The ones I tried to prop up just broke later. There are plenty, and the rest are flourishing.

Researching mosses was overwhelming, but I picked up enough to think, that green stuff in the drive between the houses, that is likely to be... moss, right? So I flattened an area, dug out a bit, and patted it down in the back. We shall see.

The buckwheat is starting to sprout back there, which will be nice for later in the summer.

Vigilantly pulling the stink trees from between the garages, since I can get in there now.

Still finding the plastic netting from the terrible sod, it'll never be entirely gone. The solution to pollution is dilution.

Trimmed the hedge so we can people watch again.

Upper right sunflower photo: cutting teeth? Feed me, Seymour...
Crow,
They do have a slightly toothy mien. The top one: "Hand me the camera, quick!" One looking down: "Oops, I dropped it."
Naw, my creativity for dialogue is dried up this week.
