Inside,

Thanks Catalyst.
I'm fighting off a headcold, not bad, but annoying.
And fighting the good fight.* Trying to spread the word on twitter about the petition to the Electoral College, leaving responses on high volume sites with the link. Trying to keep the incidental comments in perspective, the squeaking ass trumpets who seem to be gagging on gnats while swallowing camels.
Because this is not about conservatism vs liberalism. This is not Dem vs GOP. I would be a bit sad and worried with a GOP house and senate and president, but if it were a capable person, wanting to serve the public in an earnest way, I could respect the stance. Even if I disagreed with the policies and methods. Like being on a plane, and the pilot decides to go East rather than the West I'd planned on. With Squeaking Ass Trumpet, it's a matter of some asshole who's never flown before deciding he's going to fly the plane, and I no longer care as much which direction he thinks he's going, because we're all just going to crash. And I can't get off the plane.
No, Hilary Clinton is not my first choice. But she's experienced, intelligent, capable, and wants to serve her people. She doesn't want to break the system to enrich herself for no purpose other than adding up a better number. She won't surround herself with bastards and nutjobs.
If you find yourself on the same side as the KKK, you are on the wrong side. Eyes on the Prize, here. No time to quibble with your neighbors, time to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them. Even better, don't let them start.
Again, I apologize about the politics, but this is about more than that. This is about justice and truth and doing the right thing.
