Zine

An early gift, the FT a week before it showed up on the site. Usually we get it a week, or so, after the new issue is announced. Happened last month as well. This is the only magazine we get, and we keep it, like Smithsonian and National Geographic. Not just eye fluff, or last week's news, a chronicle of weirdness, and the stories we most enjoy. Probably says a great deal about both of us. D used to get Guitar Player, but says it's not as good, and he sates his gear lust online these days.

Now we've got Moby into it as well. He likes the stories about Egyptian cat worship, and ABCs.

My parents purchased for me a subscription to Mother Earth News. This currently is the only zine to which this household is subscribed.

I read enough online sources that receiving hard-copy versions of roughly equivalent would be redundant.

I wondered why you were reading the Financial Times. Then I realised.

I'm was trying on the Financial Times, too, but I reckon probably not. mm seems to know, but I don't. Foot & Toe Magazine?

Tell Moby, we have ABCs around here. Those lucky enough to see them keep very quiet, otherwise some AP (Alien Pratt) tries to get them shot.

I had no idea the Financial Times had become so imaginative - must go and buy it!

All the best lines about the Financial Times have now been taken and I'm quite grumpy. But given the sort of news the FT is presently carrying only a narcoleptic would find it a comforting read.

I love your photo of Moby reading The Fortean Times and appreciate learning about "ABCs."

I'm off on a tangent.

When I see the letters "ABC," I remember 1973 when a co-worker from Ireland told me that his magic formula for making it through the day at work without getting in trouble was "ABC. DEF."

Not a 'jellical' cat, rather an intellectual cat:)
