Hands (Photo)
g-pi reminded me of The Princess and Curdie, by George MacDonald. Which has a theme of hands as revealers of true self. I never could manage acceptable photos of hands, as I saw them with my eyes. Tried photobooth, an acceptable result.
Wonderful, both pairs are characterful. I like your moons. I can nearly always visualise the hands of people I know well, almost as well as their faces. I had a picture that I took of my mother's. I must look for it.

My hands are too childlike from the front, and too old from the back.

Been watching my hands the last couple of days as a result of this post, and it seems to me as if they play different characters at different times.
I love these pics.
And I know exactly what you mean about finding it hard to take shots of someone's hand as you see them. It's so difficult.
I wish I had managed to get a picture of my mum's hands. I can still see them perfectly in my mind's eye, though.
