Darkmind, Years ago. Bugger to grow it out. Going the other direction now, to save on haircut $. Picture may look like that because I am going seriously grey, and not dying it black.
Actually on further investigation, it seems like maybe your hair was pulled back very tight and not shaved in that pic. Saving money eh? Ya know, back in 1999CE I bought some electric pet shears for $6 (they were less than half the price of barber shears) and buzzed my hair to about half an inch. I haven't spent another dime on haircuts since. If you are trying to save, shaving not only saves you money, but also time since you never have to comb or brush the ol' mane. And if you're into the whole vanity thing: wigs slip on right over the scalp...and they never go grey! ;) BWA HA HA HA!
