We took this out, it's on the porch. A local charity is picking it up sometime in the next month. It works, but it's wasteful, takes forever to heat up the oven. The open flame thing we could also skip.
This, though. Wow. Easy to keep clean. The spanakopita (frozen) came out better than ever. The 'burner' will take some learning. All of this is going to mean learning different ways to prepare food, and that's ok.
*Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning - heating and cooling. In this climate, the cooling is almost more important.

She is definitely Top Cat!
A good idea to move something on that you don't use but works...it will suit others.
HVAC??
Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning.
Aunt Eleanor gets first pick of places to sit.
Oh, you've got a Cuisinart Toaster Oven, too. I used the Air Fryer function the other night to heat up some frozen chicken tenders and tater tots and it worked well. I guess that flat surface to the right of the TO is your induction device. Still waiting to hear how that works.
Cat,
We are liking it so far. Roasted chicken thighs for lunch, and I'm impressed.
Correct, and the 'burner' worked ok with the small iron fry pan for eggs. Not well with the larger griddle for tortillas. Haven't tried noodles yet, but that's dinner. All the cookware has to be magnetic for it to work.
