Dog

Had Eleanor out on her lead. Big friendly dog I know comes by, not on a leash. Usually not a problem. Owner nice, but a little clueless. Dog gets past me, and spots Eleanor. Both startled, Eleanor BOLTS. Thankfully, the harness works, but it’s a bit like hanging onto a mad kite in a strong gale. Dog scurries off, and I get a very fluffy tailed cat inside quickly. No harm, everyone is fine, but not happy.

Lovely Dog, but not under good control, and very friendly!!!

She was fluffy-tailed because the adrenalin was still coursing through her body, which I know you know, but she also wanted Moby to know she had had an encounter she didn't like. It might take a couple of hours for him to get to the bottom of it but he will, and everything will be jiggy again.

I love watching cats interact with their worlds; so much to wonder about and to learn from them.

Crow, she calmed down pretty quickly once inside. But shows no interest in going out today.
