Watered down, free from yard sale paint, an emulsion brushed
Lightly over flatly painted brick, bringing out the texture underlying.
The illusion of depth, reality of dimension, roughly highlighted truth.
An experiment, creative play, color and luminescence, shadowing allowances, edges.
My abstract mural, laundry, toilet, sink, lines, dots, reflections.

Why does the cat sit on the edge? She huffs,
"It's a cat thing, you wouldn't understand. I'm not explaining."
Alrighty then. She knows all the best corners. For her.
The foam blocks await completion. Once brightening the dark basement.

They will cover this floor. And positively glow. So comfy.

My daughter's back yard has had these tiles since their first son was learning to walk . He's now skateboarding and they're still there ( well washed every year , I hasten to add ! )
I love that pink paint .
S&S
Distinction without a difference, but it's actually a tint of orange. Yeah, yeah, but I have a fundamental aversion to pink, so I'm calling it orange. Coral, maybe.
These tiles are probably less durable than anything up to a skateboard. The letters come out. But it's also a bit softer.
Aha! Now I understand.
Cat,
Happy to provide better information. I just never assume anyone is all that interested.
i second the coral.
