This girl no doubt danced earlier in the day.
We go for the Salt Lake Scots. Bagpipes, a vital point of agreement for a lifetime together.
They are very good. Quite a mix of players.
Some are more probably of Scottish extraction than others.
But, then, most bagpipes these days are made in Pakistan.
Serious group, serious leadership.
Stayed for these guys. De Temps Antan.
Those wacky Canadians. Correction, Quebecois.

Very wise, only to allow strong drink with food. It needs the same restrictions here.
In the days when I lived in a city and went out to pubs etc, there was a nice little nightclub we used occasionally to resort to where they were only allowed to serve alcohol after hours on condition they served food. They'd serve snack sized portions of hot food like spaghetti bolognese or curry. It used to be really welcome and refreshing, in fact, and made the evening much more civilised.
Interesting story about the Pakistani bagpipes, though the bagpiping fraternity seems to unanimously denounce the product.
They've recently started selling Epic brews here ... some very nice brown ales! Food wasn't divorced from alcohol as I was growing up, and so it's difficult for me to imagine a meal without a little of both. I see folks around here get "drunk" on food, too.
Thanks for the clip! That's my kind of music.
RR, Lucy,
And it really was a tasty lunch.
Rou,
Oh, wonderful. If you ever spot Big Bad Baptist there, jump on it. They are opening a brewery in Colorado.
The band was very strong, engaging, fun.
