If you could live for a day in an altered loop of time and space, where and when, and what would you do?
I would be 13 and in school with D who would also be 13 and in the same school. We would, I believe, like each other, and reassure each other that we were not alone in our eccentricity.

Ah, that sounds nice!
I would try and spend the day in the future, after all the hard stuff is over and I can just put my feet up and not worry or be scared.
What's this? "Error 404 - The time period you are looking for cannot be found." Damn it!
I'd apologise to M. I was 17 and I did not look beyond the jokes.
Ha, and then I imagine (as I have before) you and I, children of the same age, fast friends. Or later, meeting C as a result of a friendship with his sister; I'd have a silent, painful crush for years, I know it.
I've also imagined going back to my younger self, just to be seen, or heard. Not exactly what you're looking for, but there it is.
My husband and I have often fantasized abotu knowing each other when we were young - for exactly the same reasons. It's comforting to think about, but neither of us is sure we had the sense then to really recognize the other.
