G

Gretchen grew a glorious golden garden of gladiolas and geraniums, green grass and golden rod. A gracious grandmother, she gave grab bags of gingersnaps to good girls, and goldfish to grandiose grandsons.

Her own grandfather, gladly gaga, glued gods in gingham gowns to gates in Georgia to goad gloating GOP generals.

These stories made her giggle with her gentle Gregory. Her grave glitters with glass, engraved with his ghost.

No gargoyle grieves here
Gethsemane glowers
Gigantically, guiltily.

I've been following these on Bloglines this week. Fun exercise.

Reminds me of the days when I used to practice scales and arpeggios on the piano. Getting used to using the words, playing the notes.

What will you do when you get to X? I'll have to hang around and find out.

mm,
I'm on bloglines?

Etudes, yes. My point exactly. An amusing way to stretch a little. And a lifelong love of alphabetical lists and ABC books.

As for X, I do have an old edition of Brewer's, and I am even now researching Xs. Dry ground, but not barren.

Bloglines: Yup, I've set up my own bloglist there. Easy, anyone can do it. It tells me when a new post is up and then I can read it without going onto the blog itself. And you're on my list. :-)

What are the colours for?
Does pilgrim/heretic have synesthesia (I don't think I spelled that right.) If she does, that's awesome!
